You want a successful agent who is experienced, who has the time for you and is directly responsible for meeting your real estate needs.  I do just that.  I am a hands on agent.  I am active enough in the real estate market to know the changes and trends.  However I am not so busy that you can’t talk to me on a regular basis.  What makes that possible is my commitment to you and the partnership that I have with my team.

My Team

PAM CURTIS, my licensed full-time Office Manager/Transaction Coordinator has been my assistant for 24 years.  This is unheard of!  She is in the office most of the time so that when I am on appointments you can get the help you need.  She is extremely knowledgeable about real estate and she keeps all parts of the listing and sales transactions in order.

NANCY SLEAFORD and I work together with buyers in meeting all their needs.  Nancy has been selling real estate for 25 years.  About 15 years ago she had been selling so many of my listings she said “why don’t I come and work with you”.  She is a great listener, an excellent negotiator and has a good sense of humor.  She will protect you when you need it but will also tell you when you need to be more flexible.  She does this because of her extensive experience; she wants what’s best for the buyer and keeps the big picture in focus.

Nancy is passionate about real estate!  I doubt there's a street in San Diego that Nancy hasn't sold over the years.  On top of that, she has also bought and sold property in Baja too!  In fact, she has recently completed construction on her own small casita in the Guadalupe Valley, which is the up and coming wine region due east of Ensenada....combining two of her other passions:  design/remodeling and practicing her Spanish (Nancy is bi-lingual).

KYNDL SPENCLEY is my full-time Assistant/Listing Coordinator who is also in charge of marketing and computer research.  Kyndl is smart, has great common sense, and excellent work ethics.  She is a student at San Diego State and is working towards becoming a Physical Therapist.

MY FAMILY has kept me motivated and has always supported me in my real estate career.  I was so bad at trying to learn Spanish after 2 years I married my Spanish teacher Gilbert.  He is from Mexico City and is now a translator for the California Department of Justice.  Page, our oldest daughter graduated from San Diego High in the International Studies program and will be a junior at MIT.  Aruzhan our youngest daughter who loves to read and play soccer will be in the 8^th grade at Roosevelt Middle School.  My step dad (grampy) is cook, chauffer, grocery shopper, and humorist (lucky me!).
